You seem to be having a hard time right now and need to give yourself a break. Practicing intentional daily self-care would be ideal. Self-compassion can be challenging for many of us. Accepting that you are worthy to receive, and allowing others to support you during challenging times and events, is crucial. Reaching out for encouragement and/or exploring structured support resources would be of benefit.
